Two pedestrians crushed to death by speeding dumper in Lahore
LAHORE: Two people were killed and another was injured when a speeding dumper crushed several pedestrians in Shahdra area of the city.
According to Rescue 1122 officials, the high-speed dumper fell into the canal after crushing the pedestrians. The rescue officials handed over the bodies to the police for legal proceedings.
In another incident, two motorcyclists were dead and one was injured when a speedy water tanker hit them near Safoora Chowrangi in Karachi.
Police said both the deceased persons belong to the law enforcement agency. The dead bodies were shifted to the mortuary of Jinnah Hospital while the third injured person was provided medical treatment.
